  My experience is with the Plattsburgh store located on Military Turnpike. Everyone associated with this store is most helpful -- and when you buy a stove from them, you can be absolutely sure that they will stand behind everything they sell.
  
  In checking for other pellet stove dealers, I ran into the branch of this company that is in Vermont. It has 9 reviews, many of them negative. Do not confuse this store in Plattsburgh with any of the two stores in Vermont: the people who you will deal with at the Plattsburgh store are sincere, professional, and absolutely reliable.
